Heartland offers you the option to receive a link to account statements and other documents via e-mail rather than the mail. Choosing Heartland Funds’ E-Delivery Services allows you instant and convenient access to your account information, reduces paper in your mailbox and lowers fund expenses.

Reduce our paper use

One tree makes 16.67 reams of copy paper or 8,333 sheets*. Heartland Funds uses about 75,000 sheets per quarter to mail shareholder statements!

Subscribe to receive an e-mail when the following materials are available for online viewing:

• Statements
• Confirmations
• Tax Forms
• Prospectus
• Annual and Semiannual Reports
• News from the Heartland - Our Quarterly Newsletter

Get all of your information, but print only the documents you wish to save.  Enroll today!

What you'll need:

Your account number and social security number

Easy set-up steps:

If you've already registered for online account access, login to your account and check the box "Subscribe to eDelivery".

Need to register for account access? You'll need your account number and Social Security number.

1. Go to www.heartlandfunds.com
2. Click on “Secure Account Login”
3. Click on "First time user? Click to register"
4. Enter your Social Security number, your account number, and e-mail address
5. Check the box "Subcribe to e-Delivery"
6. Choose your User ID and Password, and a Reset Password Question and answer
7. Click on "Create" button.

E-delivery for third party, indirect or beneficial shareholders

If you own shares of the Heartland Funds through a third party, please ask your financial advisor how to sign up for E-Delivery. By clicking on the links to Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. or Fidelity below, you will open a new window and be forwarded to their website.

• If you hold Heartland shares through Fidelity, go to www.fidelity.com, log in, and go to Your Profile / Preferences / Communication Options to choose Electronic Delivery.
• If you hold Heartland shares through Schwab, go to www.schwab.com/edelivery to log in to your Schwab account and choose “eDelivery.”
